ORDER PROCESSING TIME

READY STOCK: We will shipped out your order within 2-3 working days upon receiving it. No urgent order, orders will be dispatched in order of order number.

PRE-ORDER : All pre-order items require a wait of approximately 18-20 working days and will be dispatched as soon as they arrived. Do expect some delays for pre-order item due to custom regulation or flights delay.

Please take note If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, the order will not be dispatched until the pre-order items arrive. However, if you want to get the ready stock item first, please contact our customer service to let us know and you will need to pay TWICE TIMES postage fees!

SELF-PICKUP / CASH ON DELIVERY(COD)

DO NOT provide COD services , but you can self-pickup from our warehouse.

Self-PickUp Place : Jalan kuching

PickUp Time :  only available on Weekday(Monday- Friday) between 10am - 3pm

1、Place order and choose “Self Pick Up” as your preferred shipping method.

2、After completing the payment of the order, please contact our customer service to inform us your expected pickup date and time

3、An email & SMS will be sent to you once your order is ready for collect Or you can come and pick up your order according to the expected pick-up date and time that you have notified our customer service before.

ORDER'S TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive an email and SMS contain your tracking info and tracking link via your registered email and contact number. Kindly check and track your parcel status with the courier company with provided tracking number.

RE-DELIVERY & UNCOLLECTED PARCEL

If the parcel is returned to us due to the parcel unclaimed after few times valid delivery / not being able to contact the receiver/ incorrect delivery address and etc., you will need to re-pay the shipping fee again for parcel second time ship out.
